We were upgraded to a king (thank you Greg) upon arrival. Breakfast was decent for what it was. The room was perfect and Heron House Court is at a great location with everything walkable. Clean rooms and excellent hospitality by Roman during our stay. We felt at home and we will certainly visit again.

I called from my hospital bed (unexpectedly) to say I was not able to make the trip. I was coming to Key West for my niece's wedding and instead found myself in the hospital. I called the day before my scheduled arrival and was told that I could use the reservation further this year but no refund was available. I have no plans to be in Key West as I live in New Jersey. This was a once in a lifetime event that missing it was made worse by getting no compassion from Heron House Court.

Arrived at the property early. Left my bags and was told I would receive a call when my room was ready. Check in was at 3 and didn't receive a call till after 3:30. I was not told about breakfast, pool, check out, nothing. As for the room, what a dump. No stopper in the sink and lost half a bottle of pills down the drain. The shower was nasty. The TV operation was very complex and had to ask how to work it. Windows did not open and A/C unit was very noisy. No microwave or glasses in room. Room was very small and would not recommend room 6 at all. The continental breakfast was ok however there was not a lot of variety from day to day. When checking out, the man was on his cell phone and all he said to me was that he would email my receipt. He never asked how my stay was or how the room was. Not even have a nice day.
