Step inside to find your updated island escape featuring an open floor plan with wood flooring, ceiling fans and cheery tropical views of your outdoor oasis. A fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and a full wet bar create an enjoyable space for meal preparation. Seating for 4 can be found at the banquet dining table which neighbors the cozy living area full of plentiful seating and a flat screen TV for movie nights.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Enjoy convenience on the first floor guestroom featuring a queen bed and en suite full bathroom with a shower that can also be entered by the hallway. The upstairs master king suite boasts tall cathedral ceilings and features an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Open the French doors to the balcony with seating for 2 as you marvel over the lush and vibrant community beyond. Across the hall lies the 3rd guestroom equipped with a king bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a writing table for mapping out your island adventures. Great location!

Great location as quiet and near Duval street and the action of Key West. It’s not a full house as it appears on site, it’s a duplex. The neighbors were smoking cigars a lot and we couldn’t be outside by the pool much. For the price I was expecting more. They didn’t have any way to make tea and there was limited kitchen supplies. They don’t leave any items from previous guest so when you food shop, you have to buy everything you need. When I contacted the management about the missing items I was told to use the microwave to make tea and to use a knife to peel potatoes!!! I wasn’t asking for any out of the ordinary items. It’s a great place if you’re interested in having an ice maker but forget about making hot tea. The rooms are small but nice. It’s a great location but you do not get a full house. And if you have more then one car, you have to pay for parking and move the car often.

Summer paradise

The place is beautiful, inside and out. I read out by the pool, it was the most relaxing vacation I think I’ve ever had. A lot of walking around Key West, I just love it!

Great place

Great location to Duval st. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. This place is very clean and spacious, the rooms are a great size also has a small personal pool and spa which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place and I would book again. Easy communication with check in and out. The building manager is around with any issues as well.

Loved it!

The townhouse had everything we needed and more. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were comfy and plenty of space in living room and kitchen. Pool was great too! Can’t beat the location in Truman Annex. Already booked it again for next year!

Family vacation

We had a group of 5. Two Adults and 3 teens. The house was a perfect location. Three bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for everyone’s privacy. The house was so comfy and we loved the pool. We rented bikes and easily visited all the tourist sights, beaches and Duvall Street. The management team was wonderful and communicated in a very timely manner. We absolutely loved our week In Beautiful Key West. Also the service received at all the restaurants and bars was fantastic. Servers happy to serve and everyone was so pleasant and fun!

Great place to stay

The property was very nice and a great location to walk to nearly everything. There was also a parking space off the street with was great because we had a car. Improvements need to be made on the pool to make it look clean. I think it was but looked dirty. Also you couldn’t heat the hot tub unless you shut off the house AC. It blew the breaker if both ran. This was a disappointment to our group. We had to have the AC on so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but once. Overall it was a good experience.

Just Right

The location is amazing. You can split up and have a easy access place to meet back up or go and do a few things, take a break and get back to it. It easily sleeps three couples or a large family. The pool and spa are a welcome respite from the beaches. The first floor bed & bath are great for anyone who cannot do more than a couple of stairs.

Everything we could ask for

This place had everything we needed and more! The space was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and appliances were brand new. Plenty of toilet paper. Beds were cozy. Our only concern was the upstairs outdoor balcony - the railing/banister was very wobbly and we let management know in hopes it will be fixed for safety reasons, but that didn’t impact our stay. This place had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The best part was the pool/hot tub. We got a lot of use out of those, especially the kids. Some had mentioned the debris in the pool due to the foliage around it but that was to be expected and an easy fix just using the provided pool net until the pool guy came on Thursday (and he was super nice). We also had an iguana stop at the pool twice which was exciting to watch. The location was quite most of the time and perfect walking distance from all the fun of Key West. We walked to Mallory Square most mornings for coffee at Cuban Queen and it was a perfect stroll for starting the day. We easily walked to Faustos for groceries and CVS as needed. For evening activities, Duvall is only 2 blocks away - just keep in mind the community gate closest to the house locks at 6pm and you have to walk a little farther to the other gate and around to get back. Overall this was a stay to remember.

Great Family Base Camp!

This was our third trip to Key West (and third stay in the Truman Annex) and was by far the best property we've rented. The house was clean and welcoming on arrival and had everything we needed for four adults and two little kids for the week. We encountered a few minor issues with the pool and downstairs toilet, but the property manager was super responsive and had everything resolved quickly. I would definitely stay at this property again with my family - the house is great, the location can't be beat, and the pool + hot tub were a big hit for our whole group!

The house was great, very comfortable and cozy. Pool was disappointing, lots of debris (before the storm) and much smaller than appeared. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to numerous restaurants and bars. Fausto’s Grocery Store was great, we visited 3 times!, Hurricane Ian put wrench in our plans!!!

A Little Bit of Paradise

Our stay at Isle Azure was perfect! The home is bright and airy, and the layout was perfect for our group--3 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, which were beautifully tiled. Though we mostly ate out, the spacious kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, etc., and having it be part of the great room made it that much more enjoyable. The private pool was a welcome respite from the FL heat, and the location of the home in Truman Annex was ideal--close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants but far away enough to not hear them! We would definitely book this home again!

Family Birthday Celebration

Our first visit to Key West to celebrate a family birthday and the location of the townhome helped to make it a great vacation. The townhome had everything we needed with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, a great outdoor area to relax at the small pool and a grill. The Truman Annex neighborhood was beautiful, quiet to walk in with close access to Truman Waterfront Park. It was close to great restaurants, Duval Street, the Hemingway House, Truman's Little White House and Fort Zachary Taylor Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Amenities and ease of check in and out were perfect.

It’s rare to have a stocked drawer of spices, beach chairs and coolers left behind for use. I even appreciated the beach hat that was left behind. housekeeping usually throws all that away and it’s a shame because then the newcomer just has to shop for thieve things they’ll barely use. Not this time. It was an appreciated leg up! The icemaker was a big plus too. Only thing is I wish I’d known it was a duplex. The walls were solid and it truly felt like our own place but it would’ve been nice to know going into it.

Great location - awesome property. Easy walk to the Taylor beach

Melanie was incredibly responsive but the one downside was that the hot tub heater was set to no higher than 88 degrees (pool temp) - we figured this out half way through the trip which was a bummer as the hot tub was a key amenity in choosing this house. She has an app that controls the temp so you need to send her a Text to set the hot tub temp. It takes about an hour for the tub to get to temp and turns off after 3 hours. A bit of a pain but the rest of the house, location, etc was awesome
