For being called a beachside Resort that there was actually no beach just a sandbox. The pool was a little on the smaller side extremely crowded and there were not enough chairs to accommodate the number of guest at the hotel. The elevator was broken one day. 70-year-old people to have to climb the stairs to get to their room with inconvenient. The air conditioning in the room blue white hard straight onto the bed at night making it hard to sleep. The chair at the desk the back was broken in half. I had to rehang the shower curtain because it was not on the hooks. The staff seemed okay I had no trouble checking in. They gave us free parking because my husband is a disabled veteran. I asked for more coffee and more blankets and received those promptly.

I reserved an ocean view room but when I arrived I was told there were no more ocean view rooms available. Although I was given an upgraded room it was very disappointing to arrive and have to wait for a couple of hours for a manager to call me back. Definitely was not a smooth check in.

We loved our stay at Beachside; it is a quiet place, comfortable beds, as described with easy parking, an awesome view of the sunset, and an awesome pool to chill in.
