The beach was right across the road, and almost everything was within walking distance( aside from the trip to Miami). The only real downside is the $43 per night Parking fee. Otherwise, it's a great resort, and I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Most. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Very close to the "action". Nice beach, great bars and a lot of lounging areas. The wild roosters and chickens were even thoughtful, not crowing until late mornings. We will definitely be staying at this resort again the next time we come to Key West. Thanks for a great vacation!

When we checked in, we tried to get an early check in. Most hotels will give you a sense if it’s possible. This hotel did not help in any way. Nobody showed us to our room. In a huge resort with multiple buildings, it’s difficult to find. When I asked staff, I was treated rudely and not helped. I was pointed to what looked like a garage with four flights of stairs next to a pile of hot smelly garbage and cleaning staff smoking cigarettes. This is supposed to be a four star hotel and felt more like a motel. The pools were all very loud with a DJ and no poolside service. Location was convenient to the ocean and restaurants and a gentleman’s club…sooooo if that’s your thing, this hotel is for you. I recommend you find a real four star beach resort and don’t spend your money here.

The stairwells to the pool were dirty. The pool bathrooms were marginal. I did expect more in that regard. However, the room was very clean. Take this as positive feedback that could be improved easily.

I would have given 5 stars but I booked a Cozy Queen but was told my booking was moved up and placed in a room with 2 queen beds overlooking the parking lot. The Tranquility Pool was great for relaxation and the Pineapple pool was busy and loud, lots of alcohol but people were having fun. I enjoyed the Tranquility pool. I would book this resort again,

The property is very large with many areas to stay and they were poorly marked for first visitors, they had numbers but small and hard to see you could walk around in circles before you found your room. Next in room ice machine did not work , ants in the room, the phone in the room did. Ot work, the pool was not kept up it was very cloudy I paid a lot and the property was inconvenient. I thought when I booked I was talking to the hotel directly. I was. Of it was Expedia who never identify themselves. I will never and I mean never use Expedia ever again

There's nothing not to like from when we arrived until the checkout 5 days later the staff made sure everything was in order pool area's dining, rooms everything was top shelf probably one of the best resorts I've ever been to to

Great property at the quiet end of Duval St. Nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of pools with the tranquility pool for those who prefer quiet. Good cafe with great cocktails and all day dining options. Lovely beach spot! Would definitely recommend
