The location is pretty good, it's about a mile and a little bit more to Mallory square, but there are many things to see along the way. It has a nice Key West vibe to it, especially having the breakfast outside in the morning. And coffee is available 24 hours which we like

Great place in the heart of Old Towne. Our room was very comfortable and the common spaces were inviting. While there was not parking adjacent to the Guesthouse, other free parking was available not far away. Definitely recommend!
