Staff was very helpful and accommodating, for example we needed a couple of extra pillows and they were quick to provide. The pool area and staff were also great. The concierge was very helpful and set us up with some great tours. Maybe one down side comment would be to check your bill, we were charged for parking when we didn’t have an auto but they made it right.

Top Notch!!!! The hotel and matina are exceptional. The immediate surrounding area didnt offer much BUT there is a very convenient shuttle to Key West. The staff is phenomenal. Excellent pool and pool bar. Quaint shop. Would highly recommend.

Once you’re on the resort, you’d be a fool to find anything to complain about. The staff is amazing, the resort is chic, the restaurant is wonderful, the marina is breath taking. Off the resort, you have to get through a bad area so walking at night isn’t ideal; take an uber.
