Great location and value. Can walk to Peru lift or take the shuttle that picks up or drops off right in front of the hotel. Comfortable bed and a spacious room. Good selection of restaurants in walking distance and if you enjoy stay up late the one bar in the area that stays open late is right across the street. Manager is really nice and keeps the place clean.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at 3 Peaks Lodge for a skiing trip. Although I arrived quite late (after 10 pm) due to weather and road conditions on I-70, the staff member Kyle was still there to assist me with my room keys. I really appreciated his thorough introduction to the lodge, the nearby restaurants, and his helpful advice on parking and the best route to the Keystone chairlifts. It was all incredibly informative and useful. The room itself was comfortable, with a clean bed, and everything worked perfectly. It actually exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price and location, with the added bonus of a stove and cooking utilities. I encountered a minor issue with my key during my stay, but after calling the number posted at the front desk, the manager promptly answered. Kamil, another friendly staff member, quickly provided me with two new keys. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at 3 Peaks Lodge and would definitely consider staying here again if I return to ski at Keystone.

Extremely low key and clean. The person at the front desk was very nice, but couldn't offer to carry bags or gear up the stairs, because he is the only one working. The location to the Peru chair lift is a 10 -15 minute pleasant walk so we were able to avoid the ski traffic to the parking lot!

Everything was perfect. The only thing that was slightly irritating is that the hot tub is only open from 3pm-10pm. I woke up excited to soak before a day of skiing and was disappointed to find out they only had evening hours.

This property is dated but convenient to Keystone and a 15 minute walk to the lift. My room had a bed, bunk beds, table, couch, and a full size refrigerator. There was little room once I brought my ski gear in. It was just me, can’t imagine adding 2 more people. I’d stay again if in a pinch for a place to stay close to Key.

I enjoyed my stay at 3 Peaks Lodge and would happily stay again. Great location with a relatively affordable price point. If I had spent under $150 on the room, I would consider calling it a 5-star experience. The price point is slightly higher than the level of accommodation. The money we spend clearly hasn't gone into Staffing or Building upgrades in recent history.

I hesitate to write something bad about a place, but would not recommend staying here until they do a very thorough cleaning and upgrade. The furniture in our room was broken, the sink was blocked and they gave us a plunger to fix it. It's in a good location and the hot tub and sauna are nice attributes, but need a thorough cleansing -

We stayed for five days! The first day we arrived, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed because they were dirty and had lots of hair. The floor was covered in trash, and we didn't have room service even once. There's almost never any staff at the front desk. There are many more bad things to say, but it's better to find another hotel if you want to rest and enjoy your vacation.
