Ce condo de 534 pieds carrĂ©s avec 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes et possĂšde un balcon privĂ© avec une vue magnifique et un lit king-size. Nouveau revĂȘtement de sol et peinture Ă  l'automne 2018. Il est idĂ©alement situĂ© dans River Run Village, vous n'ĂȘtes donc qu'Ă  quelques pas des boutiques, des restaurants et des festivitĂ©s. De plus, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas de la tĂ©lĂ©cabine Ă  grande vitesse.

L'entrée a monté des crochets et un banc pour votre commodité lors des allées et venues tout au long de la journée. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, à cÎté d'un beau foyer au gaz et d'un canapé-lit queen-size. Les draps et couvertures supplémentaires sont dans un placard. Le spacieux balcon privé est accessible par le coin salon et offre une vue panoramique.

La cuisine de grande taille est équipée de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle essentiels pour préparer un repas hors de la maison et la salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement quatre personnes. La salle de bain complÚte est située juste à cÎté du salon et dispose d'un lavabo sur colonne et d'une combinaison douche / baignoire avec une double pomme de douche. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat.

Nice little place for a ski trip

The place was smaller than I expected, but still very comfortable for 2. Very centrally located and easy to walk to the lifts. Would definitely stay here again.

pleasantly surprised. went in with hotel room thoughts, but was more of a BnB with appliances and extras. was clean and convenient. Also did realize it included heated garage parking. Will stay again.

The condo was very convenient to the lift and River Run shops. Well appointed condo. If there was any recommendation be to remove so.e of the excess pillows and bedding being stored in the closet and wardrobe. Still a great stay.

Not what we expected

Unit was cluttered and not comfortable. Bedroom not as big as advertised. Two chairs that did not fit in bedroom and a humidifier made if uncomfortable and impossible to use cabinet or closet It should be noted that deck is not usable in winter months as there is no snow removal, only communication for 4 days was email as they did not answer or return phone calls. No place to hang clothes as closet was full of junk. Unit did not feel really clean. Had a towel exchange and dirty towels were left in hallway for 3 days. Kitchen utensils worn and hard to clean. Hot tub was nice and location was good but we would not stay in this unit again.

The price of rental was excessive, we assumed that was because of location, but also expect comfortable accommodations. Ive slept in some rough places, but that bed was by far one of the worst. Not only was it about as soft as plywood, if anyone in the bed so much as coughed the whole bed bounced. I moved to the couch to try there but its hard and worn out to the point you roll off of it. The balcony had 3'of snow on it so was completely unuseable. There was bo air circulation other than a monstrosity of a humidifier, that on its lowest setting felt like a tornado. However I did find 3 box fans in the closet, all 3 of which are broken. I would never recommend anyone stay orr stay here myself again.

Great location, great price!

Very nice condo in the heart of Keystone at River Run area. Needs some updating though. Couch a little worn out and hard and the king size bed in the bedroom was a little to hard for me and my wife. Little upgrades would be nice. Overall, awesome place!

Great location, most uncomfortable bed ever

The location can't be beat. The separate packet pick up at an entirely different location w/o more flexible before and after hrs is a pain, but manageable if you have your own vehicle. The room was still semi dirty when I arrived. The counters were sticky, crumbs and dried pasta on the floor and the prior guests dishes were still in the dishwasher. There's also a very strong anf persistent curry aroma to the unit that doesnt fade even w an opened window. They provide room heaters, extra bedding and an air humidifier which is nice. However the bed is another story. It's completely worn out - springs and uneven sagging. I ended up sleeping on the couch because I couldn't handle the bed after full days on the slopes. I also found it strange that they ask the guests to remove all the trash upon departure. Where are guests supposed to take it? There were no visible bins/dumpsters on-site or additional info. Also for the cleaning fees they tack on I except trash removal to be included. Place overall is nice for the price and comfortable enough. If you're a ski first traveler the location is really great.

Good for the price

The place was perfect for the two of us! Any more people and it definitely would’ve been cramped. The condo had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for snowboarding. We went to Breck one day and it was only a 20 min drive. The water pressure in the shower was so nice. Then bed was a little creeky. The kitchen was stocked with good appliances, dish ware, and silverware. I do have to say the walls are thin in the complex, so if little noises keep you up at night, I would choose somewhere else. I’m from the city so it didn’t bother me. All in all, if you’re just looking for a basic place to rest your head after a long day of skiing or snowboarding, this place is perfect.

Good property!

Loved lots about this property but a couple of little things need fixed. The bed is definitely a firmer mattress but not totally uncomfortable. Like I said the little things are lots of paint scuffs, a bathroom fan that sounds like it’s taking off to mars, and a check in process that’s way more complicated than it needs to be. Really a nice and relaxing stay!

Great location the only upside

We have stayed in and around River Run Village several years in a row. We always stay within walking distance of the Gondola and have had great experiences - this time was no different. We stayed Tuesday-Saturday, and the first red flag was a call from the management company the Friday before we arrived. Apparently, the patio door had been broken and they had to board it up. Ok, we’re pretty go-with-the-flow, generally, so it wasn’t horrible news, but a minor inconvenience. The manager said it would be well insulated and the door was still operable. Fast forward
we walk in and I’m immediately hit with a smell. Urine, I think. Could be wrong, but don’t think so. The patio door is indeed boarded up
with a half inch gap where cool air is drafting through and the door wouldn’t open at all. My kids were sleeping on the pullout couch just a few feet from the door, so that wouldn’t work. We arrived at our check-in time right at 4:30, and had a grocery run planned, and since we were pretty sure we would be able to get anyone there to “fix” it before bedtime, we decided to pick up some duct tape at the store..and candles
good enough fix, I guess. Here’s the rest in a nutshell: Broken bottom corner or pullout bed that sagged 4 total bath towels for all four of us (when we called about the door issue, we asked for more. Nobody ever arrived) Pullout sofabed didn’t have clean blankets: The blankets in various drawers and the armoire were shoved in haphazardly, and a few of them had “stuff” on them. (Asked for blankets when we called about the door, and nobody arrived - thankfully the kids had brought their own in the car) The closet in the bedroom was full of random stuff: pillows and blankets just shoved in on top of each other. One pillow looked like it had been left behind by someone at some point. The pillowcase didn’t match anything anywhere and it was definitely dirty. Carpet was stained and dirty. Walls were scuffed and marked like they hadn’t been painted in a while. The “bed” in the bedroom was hard, topped with a brocade coverlet that didn’t smell or look clean, and every time my husband moved the whole bed moved, including me (he’s not large). He said maybe they bought it at a discount warehouse that advertised it as “BED” because it was the cheapest. The kitchen faucet wouldn’t turn off
it did, but only if you messed with it and tried several times. And the dirty dishes in the cabinet! yup. Crusty, dirty dishes. Gross

This was a nice condo. A bit cramped for 2 adults and two kids (4 and 7). Also a bit of a hike to the lift for the littles but doable with some rest breaks. Overall, nice condo, but tight on space, pullout couch just about touched the fireplace. Not much room in the master bedroom for suitcases.

Interesting stay

When we showed up we noticed the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm. It also had an interesting smell. Also the balcony was under construction and that was never mentioned. We were really looking forward to sitting out in the patio/deck. This should’ve been mentioned in the listing. Everything just felt dated, from the furniture to the silverware. The furniture made the areas feel cramped. The kitchen table had like a film on the surface that made it feel sticky. I don’t know if I would stay in the condo again.
