Terrible maintenance and management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fairly clean, but one shower was unusable from not getting hot water and the drain being clogged, and the other shower was barely usable because the water was nearly impossible to get off of scalding hot. The maintenance team was worthless, but the management just kept sending the same people who couldn't fix it.

Was advertised as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The master shower was unusable because it wouldn't get hot, the shower neck sprayed everywhere from a leak, and the drain was mostly clogged. They sent someone who couldn't fix it, and never tried again after that. The other shower was boiling hot, or really cold with no in between. We got to spend a WINTER ski vacation with the basically two half baths. They stopped responding after the stay was over. If Expedia had any sort of customer service I could talk directly to, I would try to get a refund.

Xmas getaway at cute & cozy condo

Cute and cozy 2bed 2 bath condo did not disappoint. Great location close to ski area. Well stocked with all supplies for kitchen and bath. Would stay here again.

Everything was great. Clean, nice area, beautiful condo. Only advice is please put the door on the master bathroom. I don’t think anyone really comfortable with no door on the bathroom.

Cute, Cozy and Charming

Stayed a night so we could ski Keystone on our way to Aspen. This was a super convenient location as the shuttle came right through the parking lot. Kudos to the designers. We loved all the details from the river rock bathroom floor to the neon Tree, all the wall decor and rugs. Very charming. Would love to visit again!

Property is conveniently located near Mountain House base. Shuttle to and from MH was easy and ran on schedule. The Property is run down. Pool, hot tub and other onsite amenities are dated/not clean. Unit itseld was dirty upon checkin, hair in beds, beds made up with sheets backwards, rugs/floor very dirty, socks left under bunkbed, pills left on counterstool, remote to TV needs batteries, extra towels not provided for hot tub/pool, master shower no hot water. So although close to Keystone, we would not stay at this property again.

Cozy mountain retreat with great amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The owners left many board games, movies, and toys for children which gave us hours of entertainment. There's an outdoor pool that is heated, an indoor hot tub, and a sauna. It is a quite place and fire wood is readily available so you can cozy up and warm up after a long day outdoors. The apartment is not as spacious as the pictures make it seem. In order to get to the balcony, you habe to squeeze bergen the dining table and couches. The biggest surprise was that there is no door between the master bedroom and bathroom, so if you are in a new relationship, or going with close friends it could get awkward. Bring a small space heater if you like your bathroom warm as they have no heater. The internet speed is great for working from home.

Horrendous check in and customer service experience

We stayed at this property for a ski weekend in Keystone. After a terrifying and draining 4 hour drive in a blizzard, when we arrived and attempted to get the keys to check in at 11PM, the lockbox had no keys in it. We had no way to check in. We had to drive to the property management office, and luckily ran into someone who printed a key for us - which tells us that no key had been printed, our check in process was not prepared, and nobody was there to help us aside from the luck we had. Had we not ran into someone at the office on a Friday near midnight, we would have been stranded in almost 0 degree weather during a snow storm. The property contact said that the management would be in touch with me the following day and that compensation would be provided for the dangerous and unprofessional lack of check-in - I still have not heard from management. The office contact texted me saying that "they apologize that we were delayed 30 minutes to our check in time. Per our rental agreement if you are delayed an hour we can refund you $15 for this inconvenience." Are you kidding me? Additionally, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit on the second day. When we called the office for help, we were met with unhelpful directions and poor customer service. Finally, when we did manage to find the emergency key, it did not work to open our unit. Maintenance had to come and let us in, but the fact that the master key is beyond dangerous and unprofessional.
