The condo was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Perfect location in the village, just steps from the gondola. The manager checked in daily, which was a nice touch. Lobby and elevator are basic, but overall a great stay. I would highly recommend

Perfect for a small group on a ski trip. The unit is comfortable, cozy, and had plenty of room for our group of four. Staying in River Run Village makes everything so easy - anything you need is a short walk away (ski rentals, gondola up to the slopes, restaurants, a small shop for groceries, etc). At the end of the day, you have plenty of options for drinks and dinner. If you are looking for a party atmosphere for apres ski, this is not the place, but otherwise you will love being in the village. The building is quiet and has underground parking. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Logistically this was the most stress-free ski trip we’ve ever been on. Will absolutely be back.

Great mountain getaway

The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy checkin and checkout. The location was central to so many activities, shopping, and very scenic. The condo provided everything we needed for our stay. After long days of adventures it was nice to relax in the pool and hot tub.

Superb property! Thought of everything!!

Very clean! Fully stocked and then some. Had everything you might need. Laundry just down the hall. Space to spread out. Short walk (and views of) to kids play area. Great to relax on the balconies and soak in the mountain air. Absolutely amazing!!!

Instructions for check-in were sent late . We tried to contact 24 hours in advance without success of receiving instructions . Office was not easy to find to receive keys . Condo and stay was great . Check out was easy .

Just ok

We had my husband and I with our 2 small children and my parents. Everyone had a bed, and so sleeping arrangements were great. But the condo is pretty tight living quarters. The kitchen is small with no food storage. The main bathroom is small without very much storage for a family. The finishings were pretty outdated and it didn’t seem very clean. ( splashes on the walls, dirty grout and floors, dirty toilets). There was kind of a strange smell also. Additionally, there not many outlets near the bed to charge phones, kids nightlights etc. Honestly, a bedside clock with a couple outlets would have been awesome. We stayed at expedition station last year and would probably choose to stay there instead of Dakota station in the future.

We then got an email several weeks later saying that we had damaged the chair and would be charged $250 for the damages. I called and spoke with Devan (supervisor) and she refused to refund the charge despite irrefutable evidence. aside from this issue, property was awesome!
