Lovely home. Lots of space for the kids to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Fun hot tub. And lots of humidifiers, which really helped with the incredibly dry conditions right now!

Great house, great host, great location. We had two families of five and the space was great for the parents and kids. Would definitely recommend for a great Keystone ski vacation!

Great location and house for our stay comprised of multiple families age 6 months to 70! Loved the layout, garage availability, large living/kitchen/dining set up. Hot tub, fire pit, and quiet cul-de-sac all bonuses!

The house was pretty clean, but we were not aware that it does not have AC and when we arrived the house was 84 degrees. It took about 24 hours to cool down to 74 with the windows open. Be aware that if you rent here, you won’t have AC. The beds also have very firm mattresses, so if that’s something you aren’t okay with, just make a mental note. The trash drop off location is pretty far from the house, so we did have to make a separate trip the day we left. Other than those issues, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful bookish weekend at this property! The size was perfect for 5 adults. We made great use of the comfy couch in the living room, the hot tub, and the kitchen. This is a lovely property and would stay again. I will say, the photos make it seem a bit more updated than it is but it’s still a great option. We had a little trouble getting in to the house but the management team was very responsive and was able to get us the correct code to be able to get into the house. Unfortunately, the fireplace was not working during our visit so that was a bummer. We were impressed with the array of cooking equipment provided. We preferred to cook our meals at the house so we made good use of it.

We needed something uncomplicated and close to Denver. We just wanted to show up with duffel bags and chill. They had locked the inside door and when I called the provided number they answered quickly and helped me get in the place, very professional. So amazing to have linens and towels included, amazing hot tub, and incredible house altogether. We returned refreshed. Thank you.

Plenty of Space

Overall a great space for 2 families to enjoy a ski trip. We were under the impression that 2 bedrooms had direct access to a bathroom and that’s not the case. 3rd full bath is on 1st level with no bedrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked. We did have a couple issues that never got fully resolved. One being the hot tub that was unusable the last day unfortunately. We were also a good almost mile walk to the nearest shuttle but we should have paid more attention to that when booking. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space.

Good property Major Maintenance Issues

Overall the stay went well. Plenty of room and close to the mountain. However, when we returned from skiing on one of the days we had no heat, no hot water and no electricity in one of the rooms. This was an obvious problem as there were over 10 space heaters in the house. It took maintenance 5 hours to come to the property. The batteries were dead in the thermostat causing them not to work. The first person could not fix the hot water heater. We had to have another person come back out to fix the hot water at 10 pm. Very frustrating with two young children. In addition, the driveway, steps and back deck were not shoveled upon arrival making it the first thing we had to do. If they can get the maintenance issues under control this would be an ideal property.

Family ski trip

Stayed here while skiing at Keystone. Great location. The house was clean but needs some maintenance. Door from house to garage would not close. Stove has an electrical issue where the igniter wouldn’t stop at times. Hallway bathroom door upstairs has a major crack in it that you can see through.

Great location but home needs some work

We loved the location for our family vacation. We were able to walk .25 mile to the shuttle stop and didn’t have to use our cars. The house had all of the dishes/pots/pans we needed for a family of 9. The heated floors downstairs were very nice in the morning and the hot tub worked great!Unfortunately, the house was not clean when we arrived. There was dirt and small bits of trash on the carpet of living room, the carpet smelled like wet dog, the sheets had dirt/stains on them and the couch had a large stain. The management company was very responsive and even offered to send a cleaning crew over to fix the dirty areas but we had already moved in and declined. The upstairs shower did not drain well leaving the next person having to shower standing in a puddle. The beds were all a hard memory foam, which may be nice for some, but were too hard for our family to sleep comfortably. Overall the location was the best part about this house!
