The hotel is 2 miles from Mount Rushmore. The parking is a little hard when you have to go up the hill and park behind the hotel. The room seemed to have been renovated. Bed was so comfortable. There are places to eat very close. Only glitch was the coffee machine wasn't working. Need a new supplier if they cant fix it within 2 days

We thought the complimentary breakfast was well done each morning. The only thing we didn’t like was the view from room 214, which revealed worn siding on the hotel and warning cones next to the driveway, leading down the hill from the back parking lot.

I wouldn't have changed a thing. I very much enjoy staying at the Roosevelt inn. Very close to everything. Mount Rushmore, not far away from crazy harsh monuments ,a lot of shopping across the street, children and families would enjoy it because it's all kind of things to do right around the hotel. So yes, thank you roosevelt inn. we had a very good stay, and we will be staying there again in the future. We highly recommend it to older couples and families alike. Oh and a great breakfast as well, and the front porch of the hotel is a good way to reconnect with the family and friends over a cup of coffee. Great place to stay.

Really enjoyed staying at the Roosevelt Inn in Keystone. The staff was exceptional, both friendly and professional. I stayed on the 1st floor and I found it a little inconvenient as it only had 1 mirror in the bathroom and the fan was on the same switch, so if you wanted to put makeup on or just brush your hair the fan was loud. The room needed another mirror maybe between the bathroom door and closet to do that without the fan noise. Because it was wheelchair accessible the bathroom had no counter space to put your personal items on. A table with some additional space on the wall outside the bathroom would have been helpful. the lighting was also a little too dark for me. That was really my own personal things that would have been nicer for me. But with that being said the accommodations were amazing. Breakfast was really good and the staff was great. Would I go back. Absolutely!

It is old with some updates. The walls are thin. The parking is challenging. The door to our room stuck at the top and would not close properly. Our toilet ran constantly. I would not stay here again.
