Lovely location, but poor management and many issues:- Wrong code at check in- Smart lock issues before check in started alarming at 1:30am with no rectification how to fix- No air conditioning for most of stay (even though advertised with it). Repair service turned up 1 week later than communicated.- Lost electricity to half the house, had to use an extension cord to power only one appliance at a time (e.g. microwave or shower)- Electricity not rectified for 2 weeks, which led to hot water system failure. Lost hot water and couldn't go to work for the day.All this with poor excuses from owner and management. Zero compensation, and zero cares from an owner and management team who have already been paid. Save yourself some pain and stay with someone that actually cares.
