Great location. Villa was clean and neat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom offering great privacy for all. The screened in lanai is a nice room to relax or read. Overall very happy with our experience.

We had a fabulous time! The walk to the beach is really quick, 5 minutes, perfect distance. The beach is beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrella and it made for a great time. We took sunrise swims a couple days and the water was very warm. 2 members of our family golfed and couldn’t say enough about the golf experience. The unit has everything you could think of needing. It’s super clean, comfortable, and the deck and especially the screen porch was so enjoyable for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. We highly recommend this unit and Kiawah for a family vacation.

Wonderful

Our family has stayed at many places on Kiawah over the last 30 years. Every year our extended family (20 people this year) gathers on the island. This property was one of my favorites.Jerry thought of everything a traveler needs from luggage racks, nightlights in the bathrooms and the apple watch charger! I love that the screened in porch was usable. The patio furniture was nice and clean with a ceiling fan. We had a wonderful vacation.I was thinking of what was lacking and the only thing I could think of was an ice cream scooper! Jerry literally thought of everything.

one of my favorites ever!

this (condo) was perfect. First of all all of the beds were comfortable which is super important to me. The kitchen and layout were open and each bedroom felt tucked away. There is a great screen porch overlooking the lagoon, and even better, there is a private dock! You can hear the beach from the porch and access to the beach is quick and easy. On top of that the communication was perfect. He got right back to me the moment I needed help! Would love to stay again.

A Wonderful Stay!!

Our week in Kiawah Island was Wonderful!! And, that had everything to do with our stay at this villa. A lagoon view, a short, very scenic walk to the beach, and a 9 minute drive to Freshfields Village where you will find all that you could possibly need. From your morning coffee and delicious baked goods from Java Java to great meals from the local restaurants. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and the weather was beautiful.

Parkside condo

We enjoyed our stay and loved the condo! Everything was super clean, up-to-date on appliances & kitchen was great! All of the condo was beautifully decorated & great furniture and comfortable beds! We’d highly recommend and look forward to returning! We did find noise of neighbors slightly bothersome, units are close, but only one evening we noticed it more. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Villa in Kiawah

This Parkside Villa is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well stocked. The location is great to get to Heron Park, the Sanctuary and the beach. We enjoyed our stay in this villa even on rainy days - the screened in porch is a great hangout. Jim and Mary (the hosts) are communicative and helpful. They provided an informative digital guidebook, timely communication regarding accessing the property and were very responsive to our questions. We will be staying here again.

Lovely stay

Our family enjoyed the location and features of this rental property. The location was great, a quick ride or walk to the beach. Lots of high tech features and supplies. The home was spotless and well stocked with cooking utensils and basic supplies. We enjoyed the view of the lagoon and wildlife. Extras such as beach towels, chairs and even a fishing pole were appreciated.

The Perfect Kiawah Villa for Families

We have been coming to Kiawah for 12 years and this was one of our best villas. The location is perfect, just 5 mins from the beach (boardwalk 22) and a short walk to the Sanctuary for ice cream. The Villa is updated and feels very clean. The technology all works well so the kids entertainment was great. We all loved the screened porch and watching the gators, turtles and jumping fish in the lagoon. Check in and communication with Mary and Jim was fantastic. We will be back. Thx!

Beach week 2023

We loved our stay. The unit is very well appointed, comfortable, and in great condition. The short walk to the beach was easy with 3 kids + gear. We enjoyed the screened in porch for meals overlooking the lagoon. Super close to Night Heron park. Owners were super helpful with info provided in advance and very responsive to questions during stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful, clean, updated property close to everything!

This is our second time staying in the Parkside Villa's area, and I have to say, this has to be one of the nicest ones we've seen. The inside is newly updated and very nicely decorated. All of the appliances and furniture are super nice and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy your stay. Another really cool bonus with this property are all of the awesome smart-home additions (Apple TV in all rooms, Sonos speakers in living room, smart thermostats, etc...very cool!). We practically lived on the covered porch and really enjoyed viewing the alligators and other wildlife. The proximity to the beach is excellent! It's literally less than 5 minutes on a bike and you're there! If you listen closely in the evenings, you can even hear the ocean from the back porch. The owners were super responsive and helpful. This really is a super nice property that is clean, updated, and close to all of the family-friendly amenities that our family has come to enjoy at Kiawah. Definitely keeping this one in our favorites list for a future visit!

Top Notch Property

I have been coming to Kiawah for about 15 years. This is the nicest unit I have ever had! It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family.
