Very low water pressure in the shower and no hot water except sometimes intermittently with cold water. The venue is at best 2.5 stars. Staff are very hospitable and caring but unfortunately some don’t speak English well enough and communication is lost in translation. The breakfast is poor and no point in saying it is included with the room. The WiFi doesn’t work. The food is Ok. The menu is very limited and best you dine somewhere else. The room is nice and clean.

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. David and Vanesa at the front desk are awesome. The food service (when you place your order and wait for the time to get served) is slow.
