ALOHA. Venez vacances dans notre belle maison en bord de mer rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e. Profitez de la vue imprenable sur l'Ăźle de Kaho’olawe, le cratĂšre Molokini, les montagnes de West Maui et bien sĂ»r l'ocĂ©an Pacifique immaculĂ© et son littoral. Sugar Beach est la plus longue plage de sable de Maui et n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas. Nous proposons une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un parking gratuit et des tĂ©lĂ©viseurs HD grand Ă©cran dans le salon et les deux chambres.
Notre maison de plage est une unité d'extrémité qui permet une vue panoramique encore plus dégagée depuis la véranda, le salon et la salle à manger. La chambre principale a également de superbes vues sur l'océan. Détendez-vous avec votre tasse de café ou un verre de vin et profitez des baleines migratrices saisonniÚres et des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Laissez le bruit des vagues vous endormir chaque nuit.
Juste en face se trouve un dépanneur ABC, un marché fermier et la meilleure glace pilée hawaïenne et une boulangerie. Nous sommes à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Kihei, qui offre de nombreux choix pour le shopping, les restaurants et les activités locales. Nous sommes situés au centre de toutes les célÚbres attractions de Maui. Lahaina est à 20 miles au nord-ouest, Wailea à 6 miles au sud et l'aéroport à 9 miles au nord du condo.

We never had to leave our temporary home. Everything was wonderful - the comfortable and beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need, the beautiful view from the lanai, the beach chairs on the well maintained lawn, and the little shopping center across the street. It was comfortable, close to a small market ABC STORE and a shaved ice shop second to none! The views from the balcony are amazing for sunsets!!!The hosts were responses right away when we contacted them and helpful with questions as as well as accommodating when asked to set up the second bedroom with a king size bed.

The interior of the property is up to date and spotless. Our family of 4 was perfectly comfortable. The closets had all the beach day gear a family could need for an island vacation. When we needed a break from playing on the beach right outside, we were able to take in the incredible views from the windows and balcony, including the beautiful view of the canoe rentals next door. Across the street is an amazing farmers market, ABC store, artisanal bakery, gift shop and literally the best shave ice shop on Maui. Grocery shopping, gift shopping, luaus, everything you could want are just minutes away from the property. The people are so kind - everyone is happy to be there. It really is paradise.

We enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was stunning and so great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy it all. We took advantage of the canoe club next door and did their visitor paddle. So fun! Marvellous Maui!

Memorable Family Vacation

PERFECT condo location for our family vacation with an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed the beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets as well as Ululani’s shave ice and Sugar Beach bake shop across the street.The condo was also only 10 minutes drive to Maalaea Harbor where we had our very early morning Trilogy Sail to Lana’i and Four Winds Snorkelling Tour to Molikini. We extremely enjoyed our home away from home for a week which had almost everything we needed. Thanks Tiva and Susan for sharing your beautiful condo and making us feel very welcome. Your communication before and during our stay was highly appreciated. Also, want to acknowledge AA Oceanfront staff (Michelle, Jera, and Jingky) for prompt responses to our questions and requests to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We looooved this condo!! It’s located in our favorite building in Kihei since it sits directly facing the water. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. Amazing Vacation

My husband and I Staten in this beautiful condo for 8 days. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching amazing sunsets every evening and watching the sky light up every morning! The views are spectacular!! The canoe club next door was very fun to watch as were the turtles!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner text upon arrival and on our last day just to check in and the property manager did the same. This was simple to rent and we will definitely return!!
