Great spot for a family vacation!

Very nice unit. Felt comfortable and at home right away. Furniture, linens, beach chairs were in great condition. Great balcony and views. Good location with quick and easy access to beautiful Kamole I Beach. The unit had wonderful air flow so no need to use the a/c. Small galley kitchen but well equipped. Great rooftop area with bbqs. Management staff was helpful and accommodating. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for 2 days for maintenance. Our stay was only for 7 days. A few improvement comments: beach umbrellas need replacing, constant dripping sound 2nd bathroom toilet, couldn’t lock balcony screen door, 2nd bathroom nightlight didn’t work, outside door motion detector light would go on and off (beside the 3rd bedroom window), door stop was very loose and always falling down, sharp hooks on the lower inside of door - dangerous, tv’s were complicated to use & had different cable services. These areas were all minor and did not impact our stay. Just want to make owners aware. We had a wonderful holiday and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the sunset at night.The location was great. Easy short walk to the beach. Accommodated our group of 6 easily . The condo had plenty of beach towels, bathroom towels kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Great seating and dining room table. We would definitely ho back!

The stay was okay, comfortable beds and decent space. Unfortunately the condo is infested with ants and there’s only 1 AC unit in the entire place. The condo could also use a good deep clean and some updating.

Fantastic location and view

Across the street from the beach with a phenomenal balcony to enjoy the view and sunsets. Washing machine wasn’t working when we were there (scheduled for repair), but the property manager offered to pick up and have our laundry done while we were there. Wasn’t necessary as we had friends we could use their facilities, but the proactive way of offering to address was greatly appreciated. Fantastic location and set up for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. One huge complaint needs additional air conditioning unit. It was warm in the condo. If we didn’t have the a\c on it would have been very uncomfortable. Layout and amenities were great but don’t know if I would stay there again because of the heat and humidity in the condo.

Decent place across from ocean

Condo is clean with a good view. We were able to watch the sunset every night. The beach is a short stroll but it wasn't our favorite beach. The waves were pretty rough the entire time we were there (which changes). The beach is washed out with orange fencing along a lot of it. We enjoyed the location and could walk to some shops. The back rooms are indeed very hot. Thankfully the place has fans and my kids didn't complain but if it had been me sleeping back there I would have been miserable (we stayed first week in August). Condo is on the 5th floor. The washing machine was broken, that was a little inconvenient. They did take our clothes, wash them and bring them back but it would have been better to just have the washer. The place was comfortable, beds and sitting areas. It was a decent place to stay.

Awesome unit except for 2 issues.

We loved the location and the 3 seperate bedrooms for us 5 adults was perfect, There were 2 disappointing issues......... The washer did not work and the unit needs a deep cleaning..especially the carpet in the traffic area. We will definately stay here again if the 2 issues are resolved.

Amazing view

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. The double lanai was so nice for my family and I to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and a daily sunset. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that it needs a second window ac unit. The front two bedrooms get very warm and stuffy in the afternoons. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. Despite the unit being “air conditioned “ we were still pretty warm at nighttime due to their only being one a/c unit in the living room. Parking spaces where quite small and tight for parking our suv. The unit Having six beach chairs and towels was very accommodating to our family for beach activities. Overall we were pleased with the condo, amenities, location and easy check in.

5 star location, 3.5 star condo

Excellent central location, amazing view! If that was all there was to the unit it would be a 5 star unit. The condo is tired and in need of some TLC. Some repair is required with ceiling fans and doors. The pictures show amenities that are not guaranteed. So you expect boogie boards and enough chairs for 6 and find broken boards and chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen cooking utensils like pots and pans need replacing as the Teflon is completely peeling off. Other than those inconveniences we did enjoy our stay. But people should be aware the condo itself is just 3.5 stars.
