Great building management and a beautiful condo! We’d likely stay again but need to dry off from the 20-year Kona storm that soaked our entire trip!! All in all a very nice condo with a fantastic location next to everything in Wailea. I’d rate the overall nightly cost as too high though!

The good: large condo with lots of space to hang out, comfortable sofa and beds. Convenient location.The not so good: lanai is great but it is right next to a busy road so it is quite noisy with car traffic. The kitchen is dated.Really not good: this condo is not managed by the The Grand Wailea (large hotel across the street) so you do not have access to hotel pools and do not have access to pool towels at the condo complex pool.Final issue: We had an entire day of maintenance on the condo while we were there. They were replacing key pads on the front door and garage door. There was drilling, workers coming and going - I was on work calls and had to work in the bathroom for quiet. We had no warning. I let the property manager know - they said it was not their fault, they also were not notified. This is because the unit is managed by a separate propery management company. I get that stuff happens but when you are paying a lot of and on vacation you should not have a day of workers, noise and inconvenience for planned maintenance. I got an apology over the phone and that was it. Bad service.

Great location and accommodations. Perfect setup for family of 8 people to allow plenty of space with great amenities. Access to unit was very seamless and property managers were very responsive when a minor issue with bugs in the kitchen arose. Would highly recommend and would stay there again on a future trip to Maui!

Everything was wonderful. We’ve stayed in this community before and will likely stay again. We’ve also recommended this community to friends. Everything was great. Even the leaking air conditioning drain pipe in the bedroom ceiling was handled expeditiously and professionally. Wonderful experience. Mahalo.

Excellent location and beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and excellent location for us. There were six adults in our family and we each had our own room and bathroom, which was very nice. The air conditioner work nicely and the management team was very prompt that we had. The pool was very close and nice to sit by and we could walk to several beaches nearby. The property had chairs and towels, and a wagon which was super sweet to use. It was well stocked with items that we needed to use for a simple cooking or paper products. The shop was close by to go to the store which was convenient and Costco was a big plus coming from the airport to get food for all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. If there were two things I could fix to make the stay more comfortable, I would say the second bedroom downstairs with the king bed needs a dresser. It was hard for my daughter and her husband to put their clothes away in drawers for the week with no dresser in that room. The other caution is when you use the grill, it creates a lot of smoke and there is no fan or downdraft on the grill so it fills the patio up with smoke and makes it hard to eat out there after you’ve cooked something on the grill. The ceiling fans were not adequate so be aware if you set the table and then grill your food you may have to move indoors to eat other than that. It was a great property Mahalo.

Overall this property was perfect. Had everything we needed for our family vacation (6 adults, 3 children). Property was clean, located close to pool and beach, shopping close by, we’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Stay

We had a conference at the Grand Wailea and were bringing our adult children. This rental is very close to the hotel for a go between to attend the conference and catch up with our children at the end of the day. We stayed at the rental with them when the conference was over. Short walk to the shops and beach!Great layout for everyone to have their own space.

Perfect setting

The close access to the beach at Grand Wailea, the spacious kitchen & living room and the beautiful on-site pool and spa within feet of our Unit made this the perfect setting for 7 adult family members to come and go in small groups. We did have to put ALL of our unsealed food in the fridge when we found bugs in our freshly purchased bread. They were a kitchen presence throughout our stay regardless of my constant soap & water clean ups. The air conditioning was often @76 (a bit hot) even though we set it at 73. Otherwise - a really perfect place to stay!!!

Family Celebration

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and I and our grown children and their families. Plenty of room for group and alone time😊 The property management team was amazing to work with. Family vacation was a win.

We loved our stay. We really love the location. A good thing to note is that unlike the condo we stayed in last year at same place this condo is independently owned. This is still great but it doesn’t come with access to the pool at the grand Wailea. As long as you are aware of this it is fine. The pool you have access to is fantastic. We love it and our family thoroughly enjoyed our time. The teenagers were a bit disappointed with the non-access to the grand Wailea pool area due to living the activities there but outlet toddlers and adults were as happy as can be. Overall family vacation was a win!
