- Parking: 3 vehicles can park up driveway on left side, there's a guest parking sign.
- Please Do Not park in front of garage.

- No diving permitted.
-No lifeguard or pool alarms are not provided.
- Pool has an extra safety fence with two gates (this fence is not to be removed, there will be a $5,000.00 fine if removed).
- Guests are fully responsible for supervision of children and monitoring pool activities.
- Do Not leave your children alone in the pool.
- Please close awnings and umbrella around the pool after each use. Wind will blow it away!

We do not have late check outs, due to cleaners schedule. If you have a late flight out, it's best to book an extra night so you can relax before your long flight out!

Family relax and reset in Maui

Our extend family traveled to Maui for a family vacation, half of us stayed at Linda’s property and we were so glad we did. We loved the proximity to great beaches, groceries and food. The property was perfect and spacious enough that everyone had their own space and rooms. The pool was a huge hit and became a center piece of our vacation. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need to prepare meals. Linda was absolutely fantastic to work with, she was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful.

First Trip to Maui

This was our first trip to Maui. Linda was very attentive and sent us multiple recommendations so that we could have an idea of things we wanted to do prior to our stay. Having access to the pool was very nice as well for the evenings we wanted to continue relaxing in the water without the beach. Maui Family Trip

There were 9 of us for this stay and the house was perfect for all of us! We had plenty of room to spread out after being tired from the beach all day, or the huge family room was optimal for watching a movie or hanging out. The pool was a lot of fun and everything was easy to figure out around the house. The host was very kind and gave recommendations as well as checked on us to make sure we had what we needed! Would love to come back!

Family 1st timers in Maui

We had a wonderful vacation. Twelve of us including five adults and seven children from 14 to 3. Linda was wonderful. Her recommendations were welcome and became our favorites as well. Ordering Amazon in preparation was a plus as we ordered all snacks, juices, pastas, cereals, sauces, condiments, and paper products. Numerous boxes she brought in for us. Between that and Costco delivery we saved a day of shopping to enjoy the pool and extremely close beaches. In addition, this house was very well stocked!!! Hope to return some day…

Lifetime memories made here!

Wow, what a place! A family vacation(4 adults, 3 teen siblings)was made perfect by the home Linda shared with us. Everything was as shown but there was more....beach chairs, towels and umbrellas, a true gourmet kitchen with spices, utensils, multiple top line dish and glassware sets, a pantry full of bakeware, waffle iron, panini press, crock pots...so much! Quality linens and towels, XL shower products in the bathrooms, a beautiful clean pool and lanai where we would watch sunrise and sets in a peaceful bliss and have extended family dinners with Linda's blessings. It was a quick and easy drive to several great beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I had quick responses to text message questions in the weeks before our trip and Linda was so kind to meet us when we arrived, checked in once or twice via text to make sure all was well, then gave us all hugs good bye at the end of our stay, it was like visiting a friend! Her beautiful home deserves respect and the easy rules were no problem to follow. I would highly recommend this property for a large family as there was plenty of room for all. Perfect home base in Maui

We had a great week in Maui celebrating a 10th birthday, and this home was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the quiet and private location just a 5-minute drive from the resort area, the private pool, and having enough room for everyone to stretch out. If you are looking for a comfortable place for a vacation rental on Maui this place was awesome! There were 11 of extended family members ranging in age from 10-76! Family vacation

Linda was a gracious host who responded to my requests timely and is willing to accommodate our changes. The house was beautiful and we spent quite a bit time enjoying the pool as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we had a lot of fun hanging out together. We had 7 adults and 3 kids, and we never felt cramped in the house. Laundry time was a bit restricted but we manged.

Incredible family trip!

This was the best trip EVER! Communication with Linda was perfect! Anything we needed (baby rentals) she either provided or gave us an agency that delivered and set up in the house. We were there 9 days with 9 mos old, 2 year old, 14 and 20-57 year olds. The pool was amazing to have as family could stay and relax or be busy around Maui. House is a 4 minute drive to the shopping in Wailea. Very close to groceries, cocktails, restaurants, and fun shopping. The house is completely stocked. If you need something specific, Linda is very helpful. Make sure you check the kitchen and big pantry out before you go grocery shopping for supplies. Pool has a wonderful gate around to make it safe for kiddos to be outside and pool floats. I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you again Linda for the wonderful memories we created as a family!!!

Beautiful Home in a gorgeous neighborhood

We are a family of 12 and stayed 5 nights. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do without being in a tourist area. Residential neighborhood but still very private. Our host, Linda, is s gracious host. She G’s e us many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We texted her any time we had a question. Highly recommend this property if you don’t want to be in the middle of crowds but still close enough to get to activities.

Ultimate Family Celebration

We wanted to make this vacation a celebration of FAMILY as it was our 50th anniversary! And that it was!! Linda’s VRBO was great, everything we needed! Small touches like treats when we arrived to helpful hints on what to do, and setting up extra cots for teens. Nice to have laundry area available. Very clean & comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and amazing for cooking up the mahi the men caught on their fishing trip. She was very responsive and helpful from the moment we considered renting from her. Great to have our own private pool! Very nice area, close and convenient to lots to do…..beautiful sunsets! Better than imagined

We had a wonderful stay at this property with four adults and three kids under 5 yrs old. Linda is incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything that we needed. The view is gorgeous, especially the dinnertime sunsets, the house is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and the location near beaches/shops/restaurants can't be beaten. One tip is to order Costco/Safeway delivery via InstaCart before arrival.
