Condo is in a great location-walking distance to beautiful beaches,resturaunts, ice cream, rental equipment, shops. It was a good size for the 2 of us. You can rent the place next door if you have a larger group. There were folks in there our first week with screaming kids that sounded like they were in our place, so just know it is a divider door and not a wall between units. We were out a lot, so it was not a big issue for us. There were 2 beach chairs and a small umbrella that clipped on to a chair frame. We rented an umbrella since there were a couple of times we both needed shade. There were beach towels. The bed was comfy, good AC, well equipped kitchen. There was a designated parking spot on the 3rd floor of the garage but it was not marked so every time we came back from an outing there was someone in our spot. We had to ask at the desk, they moved the person out and we had to move our car in. It became a hassle so we just started parking in an unmarked spot elsewhere in the garage with out issue. The TV has cable and no ability to stream. We bought a firestick at Target so we could stream. Just bring your device with you to make it easier. The balcony has a great view of the mountains and you can also see the water for sunsets! Had breakfast out there every day-lovely!
