We had a great stay at this lovely property in Wailea. While the place was fantastic, we did encounter some communication challenges with property management. The app messages were not consistently monitored, leading to some confusion. Additionally, I missed a phone call (my oversight) as I was expecting a text reply rather than a voicemail.
We requested an early check-in, which was not accommodated. Our request for a late check-out by 30 minutes was initially declined, but we received a notification the next morning at 9:30 am extending the check-out time from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
Instructions for accessing the music system were not provided, and there was no binder with local restaurant recommendations or activities.
Despite these communication issues, our overall experience was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I recommend establishing clear communication with property management upon arrival and confirming the most efficient way to stay in touch.
