No sheet pans or metal bowls in the kitchen.

Views, Views, Views!!

The condo has amazing views. We enjoyed having dinner on the lanai over looking the golf course and gorgeous sunsets. It is well furnished with lots of utensils, basic spices and pots and pans as well as a washer and dryer. Beach towels, chairs and ice chest are available too. It was very warm when we arrived and hard to cool down. The unit has wall mount air conditioners in 3 rooms but it could not keep the unit cool. The blinds in the master bedroom were broken and the ceiling fan makes a groaning sound. Given our short stay we did not contact property manager with the issues.

Save Your Money

While this condo offers an INCREDIBLE ocean view in a great location and is mostly clean, it leaves a lot to the be desired. This unit is lacking basic beach equipment (enough beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) that all other condos we’ve rented on the Maui have had. The kitchen is ill equipped for cooking in and the bathrooms are not stocked with any small toiletries beyond bar soap. Even the hand soap in the kitchen was watered down with things floating in it. It feels as though the owner is likely only in it for the money and does not ever stay at the unit, as is evident with the broken blinds in the master and broken screen door, AC drainage, and unresolved termite and wasp nests in the second bedroom. Until some basic upgrades are made, I’d recommend saving your money.

Great location and property!

We had a wonderful time! This was my first time to Maui and we made the right choice to stay at this property. The views form the condo are gorgeous and it is within walking distance of all the major resorts for food and shopping centers for whatever you need! The condo was well equipped with beach supplies (chairs, cooler, and towels) for four people. We found basic kitchen supplies available which was great and we bought specifics that we needed. Bathrooms had laundry detergent, ample towels, soap, and shampoo and conditioner. Overall, a great place to stay! Thank you!

Great view!

The view is amazing and it’s nice having two bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The supplies are extremely limited so if you plan on cooking just know you will need all your own spices, etc. Same in the bathroom- bring your own shampoo etc. we also brought our own travel pillows so we had something soft to sleep on.

Great Location

Overall the unit was quiet. Neighboring units were very respectful. Lanai overlooks the 1st hole of the Blue golf course. Fun to watch the golfers and the ocean view is perfect. Downside was two new home sites being prepped nearby. The jackhammer ran all day through our stay (except during adverse weather). They run from about 7am to 4pm or so. That should be done soon, but next will be the hammers. Not sure of Maui construction timelines, but will probably be going for another 8-10 months. Got used to it - really didn't impact our stay. Just an FYI. Nice that you can hear the resort luau music in the evenings to accompany the sunsets. Kitchen was OK. Bring your own spices - there's no salt. One of the lanai shades was missing (east), which wasn't a problem with the morning sun; but one of the big shades (west) was broken. That was disappointing as it made the afternoons pretty unbearable on the lanai. Contacted the property mgr, advised they'd send someone to look. No show, no further communication. We had to borrow some backpack beach chairs, they had two, but one was broken and the other broke on day 2. Advised the property mgr - again no response. There was one umbrella, but when we inquired before the trip the mgr emailed that it wasn't something provided so you may want to pick one up at Costco just in case it disappears. Functional chairs and umbrellas are essential beach gear! Otherwise had a great time.

Perfect Location in Wailea!

There were four of us who stayed at this property, and we would definitely return. Both bedrooms had king beds, and had a private bathroom attached. The unit came with beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The location was amazing, and it was a super short walk to all of the shops and restaurants. There was a coffee shop less than a minute away as well. We were able to use the beach at all of the luxurious resorts, and we got massages at the four seasons. The house was exactly as expected and you can not beat that location.

Amazing Views!

The view from the lanai is spectacular. We spent hours just soaking up the view and whale watching. The condo is adequate. The air conditioners are so nice to have and do a decent job. The unit is quite dated, but the view and privacy are worth it.

Amazing Views, Convenient Location

Great condo for a group of four. Located very close to the Wailea area with an easy 10 minute drive to Kihei as well. Second floor unit overlooks the golf course and has sweeping views of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Lanai lovers!

Great sunsets, amazing ocean view of Wailea coast and Molokini! 5-10 minute walk to The Shops at Wailea or Monkey Pod. This is a great location, easy road access for when you want to see the rest of Maui, but if you want to stay in Wailea, you are set. The only thing not at this unit is ocean/beach side, but it’s only 10 minutes walk or few minutes drive to many beaches. The grounds are beautiful. Easy access to community barbecue. We got tuna steaks. They were delicious. The swimming pool was really nice. (don’t forget the pool code when you go there!)
