The room was clean. But the bed was a little hard for my comfort. I really didn’t like the way that you didn’t have a key to open your door to your room but it was okay once I got use to it. Stayed 3 nights never seen house keeping, blood on floor and stairs going to the room. Soap still in soap dish in shower from previous people, sand in sheets and all over the floors. Staff hard to understand when talking to them. Free breakfast was poor. Door was completely rooted out on the bottom, wind blowing in all around the entire door. It's in desperate need for a complete remolding. Sink was cracked dripping water on floor, bath tube was all cracked up, mold on the walls and tile on shower tub surrounding.

Decent experience- mostly because of the Atlantic ocean, no elevator though, but at least we were one of the few rooms that actually had an ocean view. Breakfast was sub-par - not sure what was in the "egg-things." Also the woman on duty would not let a service dog into the eating area - she had no clue as to the laws of the United States.

The room was dirty and smelled horrible. It was very small and cramped with very few outlets. We had to clean it ourselves the whole time we were there as there was no housekeeping. We had to put out our dirty towels and bedding and ask the office for clean and do everything ourselves. Things were broken in the room with no intent to fix. Very noisy room neighbors, could hear everything including the stomping above us at all hours. Room was in a completely seperate building across the street from the main building. The breakfast was horrible reheated frozen eggs, pancakes and biscuits. The 'convenient door locks were horrible and couldnt get in half the time. The best part about this place was that we were across the street from the beach that we didnt even get to enjoy because of the weather. (The bad Weather obviously not their fault) The staff were friendly when we actually got to interact with them as they were mostly facetiming on a tablet that you had to talk to just inside the front lobby door.

Good location, but the property needs an overhaul. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe bc the hotel is old, but everything felt dingy. The amount of sand on the floors is uncomfortable. I never felt safe walking around barefoot in my room. Bed was comfy. The bottom of the room door was decomposing and falling apart.

This was not an ocean front room as advertised. I was in Room 142. It was a dune facing room however I couldn’t see the dune because the window was so dirty. Room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and refurbished. Almost every thing we touched had dirt on it. Very disappointed. Bring your own coffee and coffee maker. The cleaning staff started knocking on doors and looking in windows at 9 am. They need buy DND tags for the door. I do not recommend. I’d actually like a full refund. I would suggest hotel management training for the entire staff.

Liked that we were very close to the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was fine, had eggs, but pretty basic and repetitive. They arnt too good at refilling up syrup or certain other items. The room was okay but the bathroom had a lot of renovations that was not covered so it seemed off. Seemed clean by there were clothes in a drawer so not sure. Some of the Furnature was damaged. Cable tv annoying to use. In short wasn’t an amazing experience but good with a breakfast and convenient location. I’d probably try a different hotel in the future but not against coming back either for the right price. It was more affordable.

The rooms themselves were very nice - clean, roomy and pleasant to be in with good beds. Being right on the beach was great, and the place just next door has a terrific little restaurant. The breakfast wasn't special but there were nice choices. However, do know that the property is old enough to have no elevator, only stairs and laid out confusingly to get around. Also the heating/AC units are high on the wall, so I had to stand on a chair to see the controls, which was not something I can recommend for everyone! Also, the photos of 'suites' aren't really every room, so know what you are booking. A lot is nice, but just know there's a reason it's reasonably priced.

It was close access to the beach but the room was dirty, the kitchenette was really gross with no clean pots or pans for to cook with. We had to go buy items to cook with, like knifes, cutting board, pans. The refrigerator was really dirty and there was rust and mold in the cabinets
