The room was amazing! Clean, well appointed. The bed was comfortable Al's the sitting area was nice. The desk was perfect for homework. The only issue I had was that our "poolside" room was behind the stairs going to the second level so we couldn't actually see the pool.

A number of things did not work including the bath tub not draining properly. Worst of all is there is no customer service for all the inconveniences that i had to go through. Very disappointed and i do not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth it
