Located just north of the Avalon Pier, you can laze on the beach or try your hand at bringing the catch of the day home for dinner! Quaint and cute, this comfortable cottage has some nice updates and traditional treasures to make you feel right at home. Just off the living room is the large covered deck, with a big picnic table and great ocean views leading to the dune-top deck and steps to the beach. The unique layout offers two separate ground level areas with bedrooms and bathrooms, for a feeling of privacy and space. Both ground-level areas are accessible by interior stairways to the top-level.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
