The door did not lock from the outside so I went to tell them at the front desk. Apparently you have to put the card in several times to activate the locking mechanism. The furniture is a bit outdated. The breakfast was delicious and hot.

I have been trying to call this hotel to manage my late check in due to my late flight. But no one answered the phone!!! I haven’t checked in yet but I’m not certain if anyone will be there when I get there.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny square lumpy pillows. The carpets smelled like wet dog. The air conditioner/ heater hadn’t been cleaned so it smelled. The water smelled like dirt. The toilet was broken. It was horrible.

The property was extremely clean. There was such a clean smell to the entire facility. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. If I come back the Harker Heights, I would definitely stay in this facility.
