Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel.

Location and on-site amenities were good. Only downside was the construction on the entrance of the hotel. We stayed on the top floor and it was noisy. The bathroom was also very outdated and shower was not very clean.

The fire alarms went off for hours. The room was very worn, lots of dirty looking places including a large spot in the bathroom ceiling that looked like mold. They said they had free breakfast when booking and they did not, it was available if you paid for it.

Great Stay Always

This is our second stay at this hotel and, as always, we were impressed. Customer service is always amazing, hotel to include the room was very clean and the location is central and close to everything in Temple. Our stay was over 4th of July weekend and we were only 12 minutes away from the location of city drone and firework show. We will be staying here every time we visit Temple.

Property was under renovation with both main entrance and rear entrance closed . It was difficult to find appropriate entrance due to very poor, limited and small signage . The pool and spa were closed due to maintenance during our entire stay. We were not informed prior to check-in or at check-in about the entrance closures or the pool and spa being closed, resulting in a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend staying at this establishment !!!

Great Stay!

We had a great 3-night, 4 day stay here! We arrived to town early. The staff were kindly received us and not only got us into our room but also surprised us with a welcome bag for our dog! It had a toy, poo bags, and snack! Our room was clean, bed was comfy and we had great service. The lady that cleaned our room checked with us everytime she saw us in the halls if we needed anything. The hotel is in a great location. Close to plenty of restaurants in walking distance, grocery store is minutes away, hospital is across major road, and right down the street a 3 minute walk is a decent size park with a walking path, play set, and working splash pad. Only downfall would be that breakfast wasn’t included. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Temple!
