First of all, the staff were absolutely AMAZING! My family and I encountered quite a few issues with the accommodations and had to move rooms twice. The staff made our visit much easier and did everything they could to take care of our needs. The owner needs to take care of issues around the building because there were a few things that were unacceptable.

Room was mediocre at best. Poor lighting throughout the hotel, particularily the bathroom. One working ice machine located in 3rd floor corner with no working lights in area. Creepy! Bed was ok. TV remote and channels, no guide...had to ask for assistance. Front desk staff very friendly but check in clerk seemed confused on how to check us in. Stayed 2 nights and keys didnt work on 2nd night so we had to have both keys cleared and redone. We would not stay again at this Comfort Inn or any other.

Conveniently located near family who are stationed at Fort Hood. Close to many restaurants and stores. We had a quiet 4th floor room and the housekeeping staff respected our privacy. All the staff we encountered during our 8 night stay were very friendly. Breakfast buffet could use a few more options but was otherwise sufficient. Will stay again during our next visit. We have previously stayed in the other two hotels in that immediate area, but the Comfort Inn is the best of the three.
