Overall nice clean place to stay, close to 401 and plenty of fast food dining options. Pillows however are very thick and very uncomfortable. They need to provide less thick options.

Une erreur a été commise durant la réservation. J’ai essayer d’obtenir un remboursement puisque nous étions 3 pour une chambre à deux. L’hôtel a refusé sous prétexte qu’on avait utilisé la toilette. Nous avons offert de la nettoyer nous même parce qu’on nous a dit qu’il n’y avait personne pour la nettoyer. On nous a donc offert un lit d’appoint pliant. Les 2 lits d’appoint qu’on nous a offert un après l’autre étaient brisés. Les pattes de la base du premier ne pouvaient pas tenir et le matelas du deuxième ne pouvait pas tenir sur la base parce qu il n y avait aucun ressorts sur les 2 côtés. Les draps étant déjà sur le lit d’appoint étaient très poussiéreux et il y avait des cheveux dessus. J’ai demandé un nouveau drap que j’allais remplacé moi-meme, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas d’extra. Le matelas du lit (plutôt Roy le que queen…) était tellement mou qu il pliait en deux lorsqu on s asseyait ou couchait dessus. La base du lit ou le matelas était vraiment incliné vers la tête du lit. L’hôtel était complètement rempli et il y avait seulement un employé pour accueillir les gens et régler les problèmes de plusieurs personnes. On m’a suggéré de contacter la gérante par téléphone puisqu’elle n’était pas sur place. J’ai laissé un message mais aucun retour d’appel. Les murs sont aussi vraiment très minces puisqu’on entendait les conversations et tout les bruits des chambres voisines du côté et d’en haut. Je ne retournerai définitivement pas à cet hôtel.

Check in was at 3pm and when we showed up at 4pm, our king size bedroom was not ready. They offered us a room with 2 queen beds. Other than that the room is good. The bed is comfortable.

Upon entering my room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a strong mildew or mold smell. Concerned, I picked up the phone and called reception. The front desk agent came to inspect the room and claimed the smell was bleach from cleaning, not mildew. I asked if the room could be aired out, but he said no. I then requested a different room, but he told me the hotel was fully booked and he couldn’t move me. I asked for a refund, but he refused, stating that housekeeping had left for the day and, because I had used the washroom, the room could no longer be resold. This made little sense to me, as the room was not in a livable condition to begin with. I then asked to speak to a manager. He told me no, but said I could try calling the number listed on the card in the lobby. That number connected to a fax machine. I asked him to call the manager on my behalf, and he said he already had. When I asked what number he used, he pointed to the same one I had tried. I pressed further and he admitted it was actually a text message he had sent. He showed me the exchange: he had texted something like, “It’s happening again in room 138, I told them it was bleach.” The manager replied, “We don’t use bleach.” I’ve since opened a case with Expedia and Wyndham, but neither has been able to reach the manager to assist with a refund. I chose not to stay the night and returned my keys.
