We had a king suite because we were travelling with a baby which worked perfect. Pool area was great and almost empty. Room was nice, staff were great. So many food options in the area and a Landmark. Minutes from downtown area!

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were some of the kindest I’ve ever met, always helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel warm and personal. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and everything was fresh and well-organized. It’s always a great start to the day when a hotel puts real effort into their morning service. Honestly, this has become the only place I’ll stay in Kingston. Between the friendly team, comfortable accommodations, and reliable service, it’s truly my go-to hotel in the city.
