Enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Pool and hot tub were clean and well used. Outdoor patio was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and refilled frequently. Hotel room was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows were available upon request. Location was great for food within walking distance. Would stay here again in the future

The breakfast that was offered was delicious! A wide variety of foods. Hot breakfast, cerals, yogurts, fruit, wide varitey of breads etc. Very good food! The customer service was amazing. I had several issues with my key card, they tired to fix the issues immediately! The beds... this is just my opinion. I like a soft squishy bed, the beds were a little on the hard side but again thats just my opinion. If you like a firmer mattress then its perfect. Overall, it was a great 3 day stay. Would definitely rebook when we go back to Kingston for several days again.

Nice big room and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly. We were there for 4 nights and the first couple of days they didn’t clean our room and never left enough towels, despite me leaving a note. Last day was better. I would stay again.
