Remove Right Spot Vacation from Hotels . com

Worst service ever received. Hotels.com said my booking was secure. Booked midweek for Saturday and Sunday night of Carnival weekend. Contacted number and no body answered. Decided to travel to Kingston on Saturday. Apology emailed by Right Spot at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday to say that nobody can get room ready. Somebody in area who knew landlady was passing and contacted number and immediately got a response. I tried earlier at various times and got no response. I was stranded in Kingston/Portmore with all rooms booked for that weekend. Nice people but for safety I had to leave the area. Can you do something about room owners who do not communicate in time. The safety of users is very important.
