If your room is located near the stairs, you will be able to hear the phone at the front desk every time it rings. You also can hear the conversation. The room walls and ceiling are not noise proof. If you have a late night neighbor be ready to stay up for a bit. Quality of room was decent. The bed was comfortable. Everything you need for a night stay.

The suite we stayed in was very spacious. It was almost like a small apartment. It had a very clean large refrigerator, stove, sink with a big countertop, and a microwave. Both rooms in the suite were very clean. We only had an issue with the pullout bed in the living room. It smelled very musty. But, no complaints about the 2 queen size beds in the sleeping quarters. They had fresh linens and were very comfortable.

when we got there the room we booked wasn't available so they put us in another room and moved us in the morning and the room they out us in was dirty didnt have a blanket or a tv remote there was dirt on the floor the bathroom had trash aon the floor and room had a odor

No problems with my room at all, however the fitness room is need of some TLC. There 2 remotes to the TV in there and neither one turned on the TV. There are no towels in there but there was a paper town dispense but no antiseptic spray to wipe down the machines before and after and it showed the Treadmill was covered in dry sweat drops. One last thing to bacon or sausage in breakfast room.
