Only the staff should be more familiar with options to visit the nearby national park. But the reception is helpful with providing customers with maps. My only problem is the room price.

High degree of professionalism of the hotel staff won't let you down, from luggage handling to hot spring assistants. I would like to exoress my highest resoect to the courteous manner of Japanese people.

Hot spring is very good, have several different onsens for women. Particularly good gor having weomen hours at 8-10pm for converting onsen for mixed gender unto women usage only.

the best dinner I have ever had in japan before and the environment is very memorable and unique. A senior staff presented the historical issue of the hotel and a light up moment highlighting the natural environment outside the restrauant before the dinner was served. Its a wonderful experience. Indeed the service, the onsen (hotspring) and food were of very high quality providing the customers a very enjoyable stay.

スタッフの方たちの対応も気持ちよく、お部屋もきれいで快適でした。食事も大広間でしたが楽しくいただけました。食事も心のこもったもので量もたっぷりあり、おいしくいただきました。何よりもお風呂が素晴らしかったです。夜女性専用の時間帯に大きなお風呂に入りました。今まで経験したことがない感動でした。死ぬまでにもう一度行きたいと思っています。この宿に泊まるだけでも旅行した値打ちがありました。
