We have supplied the home with everything you need in a kitchen; plus so many amenities from pool towels, Free BBQ, makeup towels, spices, K-cups, dishwasher pods, shampoo/conditioner and body wash to name a few. The kitchen is equipped with upscale appliances , blender, rice cooker, toaster and keurig coffee machine.

Pool Gas Heater upon request with 24 hrs. notice is $60 a day Min. of 3 days. No start up fee! Start up is costly, takes about 4 -6 hrs. to heat up.

Bookings cannot be longer than 35 consecutive days Lost remote fee$25. Fees apply for early check in 7am-10am $75, 10:30am -12:30pm $50, 1pm -3pm $25

Added guest sleeping in the home will be charged 50.00 per person per night if not registered or adults exceed more the 12 guest and 10 adults.

2 week stay ..Great time.

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable . Lots of great amenities were left. From the wine, snacks and coffee pods to beach towels etc.. We will definitely go back!
