Our stylish yet comfortable home has a family room with large bay window and piano; a sunroom overlooking the green backyard with gardens, deck, in-ground pool, and trampoline; and a cosy study with a wood-burning fireplace. The large dining room is a standout and also has a wood-burning fireplace for cosy family meals in the winter. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with sitting area an ensuite bathroom. The basement has a rec room and 5th bedroom and workout area. There is even a small hill in the backyard that is a little toboggan hill in the winter for kids! There is high-speed internet/WiFi throughout the house, and three TVs. There is laundry in the mudroom with a washer and dryer. Bikes for all ages are available to enjoy. The house is in a highly sought-after neighbourhood for its tall trees and tranquility, yet only a 15-minute walk to the Mall, parks, skating rink, sledding hill, bakery, and more. There is a two-car garage and parking for 4 cars. Ideally, we're looking for a family to enjoy the home for a six-month stay, from January to June 2026.
