Situated third lot from the beach, Sea Rest has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool and hot tub, and many more amenities to having you relaxing in no time. It is truly in the heart of Southern Shores with shopping and restaurants just a bike ride away. Beach chairs, wagon, and two bikes are provided to make trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. It's the perfect home for your next family vacation! Sea Rest sleeps 11, which includes 2 Queens, a King, 1 double and 1 twin, and a pullout couch in a den (with doors for privacy). The home features new flooring in entire home, an updated kitchen, and custom designed, newly renovated bathrooms. One of the many attractions to this property is the over-sized pool, a rare find! Sea Rest is nestled in the trees on a 3/4 acre lot with decks on all sides of the home, including a covered front porch. There are multiple places to relax and listen to the ocean waves with porch seating, hot tub, 2 double swings and a double hammock. For your convenience there is a path that takes you to the beach, just a short 4 minute walk!
