Make memories with your loved ones at this beach house, four-bedroom, 4-bath house in the heart of Kitty Hawk. Wake up and wind down with amazing sunrises and sunsets on both sides of the unit! Enjoy a beverage and watch dolphins play from the oversized patios.

The house also features a well-equipped kitchen, five flat-screen TVs, cable and wireless internet, an in-suite washer and dryer, and beautiful patio furniture where you can take in all the views! Other property offerings include direct public beach access and an outdoor shower.

Linens (bath towels, sheets, washcloths) are included. Bring your clothes and toothbrushes, and we’ll do the rest! This is vacation—simplified.

Our house is within easy driving distance of many wonderful local attractions: Jockey’s Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Oregon Inlet, Coquina Beach, and many great restaurants and shops. We’re right where you want to be!

We have our own rental property on the Outer Banks, so you can imagine we are quite picky. This house is great and screams "Beach Vacation!". Easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed and easy for our crowd to move around in, while others chatted or watched TV in the great room.The beds and the bedrooms were great. The bathrooms spacious and clean, the AC worked perfectly, and the elevator was a great help when loading in and out.If we have need again, we will certainly come back!

The Holiday House absolutely deserves to be a Guest Favorite! The home was immaculate, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were incredible, and the views from the deck were simply breathtaking. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations, and Joe made everything seamless. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway!
