We were helped by a lovely lady named Lucy. She spoke perfect English which was so helpful. The area is quite the place was also. My husband hurt himself and they moved our room downstairs for convenience. I would stay here 100 times again.And it's by everything. You don't need a car. They also have bikes to rent. Lucy and the staff made our stay great. And there is also a on site restaurant with great prices
