I loved the King Size Bed and the view looking out window. Most of the staff was very helpful. Great outdoor patio to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a beverage. Really great breakfast in the restaurant. I booked at Hilton mostly for the outdoor pool. Or should I say outdoor bathtub. 3ft deep. The size of my king size bed. I booked a Superior King room and I can't imagine A regular queen bedroom. The most awkward thing is the bathroom is so tiny. You sit on the toilet and you share the space with door looking into the doorknob. The door hits the bathtub to not let it open anymore. When I checked out the Front Desk never asked how was our stay. For the rate they charge for this room I don't feel I got my money worth.

Nice hotel, great downtown location

Great room, loved the location. Able to walk to many great spots. Pool area should have some umbrellas and not sure if there was a bathroom nearby but couldn't find. Also, restaurant closed for lunch.

Convenient location

The staff were very attentive and professional, overall the stay was good. There were a few issues we noticed. The water in the bathroom (shower and sink) was not regulating appropriately, no cool or cold water, smelled musty when we entered the room, it took the toilet 2-3 flushes every time.

I really appreciate the valet people helping me with all of my pets and bags when I arrived. When I left there were very limited luggage carts and one valet employee to help me out (I was really struggling pushing a loaded cart with one hand and containing my leashed dog with my purse in the other in a very crowded hallway and lobby). The room was quite warm the entire time even though I changed the thermostat down to 68 with constant fan running. The little refrigerator did absolutely nothing. The water never got cold in the sink so I filled a water bottle with warm water and put it in the little refrigerator. I went to get it in the morning and it was still warm. The refrigerator light worked so I assumed the cooling function did as well. My pets’ refrigerated food was spoiled too. There are no dedicated areas immediately out of the door for dogs. Just a strip of mulch. I took my dogs out at around midnight and there was a man leaned outside the front door drinking alcohol and smoking. It was uncomfortable having to walk by him multiple times alone. Overall this hotel gave me a very warm place to rest and shower.

Super nice

We were in Knoxville for a smokies game. This hotel is fantastic. Downtown and close to everything. The firefly outdoor bar is really nice and great place to hav a nightcap. Since we couldn’t check in until 2, the staff graciously allowed us to hang out at the pool (located on the 3rd floor with nice city views) until our room was ready. And compared to the other downtown luxury hotels, this Hilton was a great value.

This would be a great 3 star hotel. There was chocolate candies all over the floor through out the elevator and hallways which is not good when having a dog with you. The staff was really nice. The room was very loud as there was a kids basketball tournament. Kids were knock and ditching all night.

The facility needs a water bottle filling station(s) in addition to the small water dispenser in the workout facility. We were very sad the pool was closed when we got there. We drove for 13 hours and were very excited to relax in the pool. There was a strong smell of majarauna in our room and almost asked for a different space but it faded over time. Paying for parking was a surprise.

Comfy beds, good view, quiet and convenient location. Starbucks there and good crepe place around the corner. Parking was annoying. $35 per night and they want you to park, come into the hotel to pay and then go back out to your car to put a tag in the window to make sure it’s not towed. A little annoying to have to go back out to the dirty garage after a long day of traveling.
