The location is in a relaxing residential area 25 mins train ride to city center. Under the Japanese Residential Accommodation Act, me, your host lives on-site as the manager. Besides me, no one else shares the property—it’s exclusively for you and your party. Please feel free to message me with any questions; I offer a complimentary guided tour in Tokyo metro, babysitting options, and bicycle rentals to help you enjoy a smooth, local-style Tokyo experience.

Welcome to your eco-conscious, family-ready Tokyo home – perfect for up to 6 guests (2–3 adults + 2–3 children). This spacious private unit features:

Wide entrance and wooden deck (great for coffee or smoking)

Private lock and secure entry for peace of mind

During your stay
I am open to support you at any time during your stay. I used to be a tour guide.
Other things to note
It’s a non smoking house. Smoking permitted on the wooden deck outside the house.
I am also into organic and mindful mindset so I am a bit sensitive in this aspect. I also ask my guests to take off your shoes and use house slippers.
Modern Japanese toilets are equipped with sit warmers , bidet and remote control.
During your stay I have baby sitting service provided for a fee. Also airport transfers are available as well as guided tours around Tokyo and surrounding areas. Feel free to inquiry.
