Very nice lobby. Pool area looked to be beautiful and had cute waterfall type mushrooms in it. I am sure children would love it. Eating area was clean and breakfast was top notch. Our room had several places where the baseboards were gone or something. It was a bit unsightly. Many kids were on the property so you could hear them in the halls. Very nice place to stay.

Very clean, no smells except clean ones, great bed and comfy couch. Did not use fireplace in our room as it was June, but didn’t know how to operate it anyway. Very quiet stay even though it was very booked.

First off, I was supposed to have a balcony room did not get a balcony room. Went down the hall to our bedroom, could not breathe because of the marijuana that was being smoke Opened our door it smelt worse Floor was filthy Room looked like it had not been dusted in forever Mold all in the bathroom, probably because the ceiling fan does not work Asked for another room they said they did not have one Asked for a refund they said I could not because I rented from hotels.com a third-party Took a rag and dusted the room. The rag was black. I took it to the front desk told her and showed her she did not say a word. I ask for a vacuum to vacuum the room thought she would say she would get someone to vacuum the room, but she did not. She handed me a vacuum so me and my husband spent about an hour cleaning our own room. Called hotels.com got no results neither

Overall cleanliness of facility requires improvement. Hotel provided shampoo dispenser (only source of supplied shampoo was EMPTY - how can that happen if housekeeping services every room turnaround? Breakfast eating area was dirty and the attendant had to,be prodded to take action to clean. High praise for check in person - Mason. I had spoken with him the day before about needing a Pak ‘n Play. He had placed one in the office with our name to ensure we would have. Conversely, the woman at the desk on checkout morning (6/18/25) was unfriendly, unhelpful, engaged all morning on her device and a disgrace to the facility (unable to,see her name tag, if she had one).
