My first experience in Japan and the experience was most pleasing. The hospitality and amenities were more than I could expect and the comfortable bed made me fall asleep within minutes. Excellent place to stay
Extremely small rooms but cheap so worth it and walkable to all the local things or you can take the bus. Remote check in was nice, but wouldâve been nice to talk with someone about questions about how to get around. Overall good value
Loved that it was a hostel, but with a private room and bathroom. We loved having a 7/11 for quick food and drinks next to the house. Quick walk over to the lake for views of Mt Fuji and close to bus stops. We absolutely loved our time there and would definitely stay there again!
Spacious room with Mount Fuji view. The staff is polite and friendly. She recommended the crab noodles restaurant and a cafe to us and they were tasty.
Staying 1 night for 4 people, the room was clean and like in the website, made us feeling safe and cozy even had to carried our luggages to 2nd floor.
Their staffs and services were so nice with fully of service mind. With great location, we could walk to 7-eleven and restaurants nearby. In the morning you can see Fuji right from the window and walk along the lake, such a good vibe!
During our stay, we really had a great time :)
The property was also a hostel, but it was nice for a couple night stay. It was a bit far from station. Then thereâs a curfew in the area. Overall, it was a good experience. Thereâs no staffs, itâs all self explanatory.
Although Samurise was on the other side of the town, it was very nice. We liked that a 711 and a family mart is right next door. The local bus stop was also very close by, easy to get around. The hostel had very limited hours wire staff. We would have to wait until 11 am just to rent a bike and they were not flexible with renting to us earlier. So a lot of waiting around. Wish they could be more flexible considering we were staying there anyway.
