There was a beautiful view from the balcony. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen stocked sufficiently. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens. This is a lovely condo with all of the beach accessories needed, chairs, towels, noodles and sand toys.

I agree with almost all of the previous comments, good and not-so-good, about the property, but am rounding up my 4.5 review to a 5. A few ways the experience could be improved, in my opinion: Host should (1) pay a little more attention to her bookings to minimize confusion re: conflicting inspection appointments and the like, (2) install a lock inside the unit (that cannot be opened with a combination from the outside) so occupants feel more secure, (3) update the photo of the lanai to show ALL 8 pieces of furniture on it, (4) indicate in the listing that washer/dryer are communal and coin operated, and (5) have more info in guest notebook about the complex and area.

We had a wonderful 11 day stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived. Well maintained, with gorgeous furnishings and art. Photos are accurate. Turtles come and hang out in the water only a few yards away from the condo. We could watch them from our lanai almost every day! When the full moon came out, it was spectacular shining on the water. The bed is one of the most comfortable we've ever had at a vacation rental. Even the pillows were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to do "at-home" meals and cocktails. This is a smaller condo complex, which we liked a lot (not a mega-resort with a zillion amenities we'd never have used anyway). Wi-Fi was strong and the TV had all of our streaming services available. The location is great, with the upscale Beach House restaurant next door and Koloa and Poipu a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible 5-night stay in Kƍloa! The views were absolutely epic, and the home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed—beach chairs, towels, and more. We loved having lunch while watching sea turtles right from the property, and the community was so welcoming and kind.The memory foam bed deserves a special mention—it was hands down the best sleep I’ve ever had on vacation. That alone made it feel like a true retreat!The location couldn’t be better: great local surf, and just about a mile away in Poipu we ended our days with breathtaking sunsets and sea turtles resting on the beach. Truly unforgettable.Jane was an amazing host—so well-prepared that we didn’t need a thing during our stay. She made it easy to simply relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. This place won’t disappoint—highly recommend!

Enjoy the ocean

Location is perfect for snorkeling, swimming, surfing all within 5-10 minutes. We also explored other areas of the island and really enjoyed the diversity of the landscape.

Perfect!!!

Perfect condo in Poipu/Koloa with a view! Faces east for incredible sunrises, and if you’re on mainland time, you will be up for them!!! We could see turtles and whales right from the lanai as advertised and just a short walk to Baby Beach, which was awesome!

Excellent place to stay

We really enjoyed this condo for our trip to Kaua'i. Greeted by the sun each morning, and a nice shady spot on the balcony to enjoy the ocean in the afternoon. Will look to booking here again on another visit.

Wonderful condo with beautiful ocean view

The condo was clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. You could hear the waves crashing against the rocks and watch the sea turtles! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The host was very responsive even prior to us getting there. We would definitely stay there again! What a wonderful and relaxing trip!

Koloa condo

Condo was great. Beautiful view. Rainbows and turtles to see from lanai (balcony). The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed. We only used the AC one afternoon when we came back to nap. Otherwise, the breezes through the unit made it quite comfortable and you can hear the ocean waves better that way!

Good and Bad

I’ll cover the good first. The view was great; the balcony overlooked a very small bay as pictured. Sunrises were beautiful! The condo was adequate; the bed and sofa were comfortable, the bathroom and shower were clean, and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and markets. However, the complex is very old and tired. The BBQ is in the parking lot next to the garbage. The washer/dryer is not in the condo, but is communal downstairs, and is expensive and there is no change machine.

Beautiful location

I was very pleased with location of condo, perfect viewing for ocean life, clean and comfy beds, my only complaint was the noise at night from the live music from restaurant when trying to sleep. Couldn't sleep with windows open so thank goodness for the AC units.

We enjoyed our stay but appartement was far not as good as 2 first ones we stayed in during our trip to Kauai and the most expensive one. Interior would need to be refreshed.

This is a lovely condo that is well furnished. The location is wonderful. We spent many hours sitting on the lanai watching the sea turtles. It was a very quiet complex also.
