The staff were friendly and helpful; however, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom in the room. There were flies coming out of the drains. The cleanliness and odor were not what you would expect from a hotel like Dedeman. Additionally, the breakfast variety was insufficient.

Although Expedia listed an e-charger for our car, there was no such facility at the hotel. We had to leave the hotel to charge our car elsewhere. When we went back to our room, the door was wide open, the opposite room was empty, its door was also wide open, and dirty laundry was lying in front of the door along with the trash. (It was still like that when we returned after charging the car.) The pillows and sheets had various stains and human hair on them. We had to try to get them changed. No matter what setting you set the air conditioning to, it only heated to 27 degrees Celsius.

NEÜ Kampüsüne yakın tek otel olduğu için seçtim 2 gece 2 aile konakladık otel yeni olduğu için sanırım herşey tertemiz çalışanlar canlı heyecanlı ekstra ücret ödeyip kahvaltı satın almıştım bu kadar yetersiz olduğunu bilseydim çok yanınında mükemmel bir cafe restoran var orada serpme kahvaltı yerdim ki bundan sonra öyle yapacağım.Tek güzel yanı otomatik kahve makinası çay makinası ve meyve suyu sebili var dilediğin kadar içebilirsin.
