Excellent hotel. We had a family stay for a week. The location is great with beautiful Konyaaltı beach nearby for walks. Rooms are spacious and if the hotel is 5* the staff are 6*. Food was great from quality to quantity to variety. Definitely recommended.

Amenities and entertainment. There is not a lot to do the entertainment was quite poor. The salad bar and deserts were fab main food not so good same old same old. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Room was great and clean. Would not return in winter.

Poor entertainment on offer. We stayed over Christmas. Nothing on offer food relating to this. Definately evening entertainment not befitting a 5 star hotel. Very noisy. Overcrowded breakfast and evening meal facilities. Staffing mainly very young and not attentive. Some good examples. Generally hotel very noisy and lacking atmosphere

Yes bar well stocked. Couldn’t get WiFi in room so had to go to reception and get two new cards as system had changed. No uk tv to watch, was told again new system. No menus for bar drinks only to use the bar code, new menus coming! Entertainment very poor especially the quiz night. Considering it was Christmas Day nothing related to Christmas just a very boring quiz

We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly.

There were several dining options however the a la carte was not included in the all inclusive price so I only ate at the main restaurant. The buffet there had a wide selection of well prepared dishes. In the four nights I was there I noticed the dishes were pretty much the same, which was fine for me. I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained, my room was spacious and comfortable, it had a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and mountains. However the most impressive thing about this hotel were its staff who were friendly, professional polite and attentive. This resort is very popular with families and each night there was a lively show with loud music which went on until well into the eve. The children and their families appeared to be having a blast singing and dancing to Baby Shark at 10 o’ clock at night! I just put my earplugs in. I slept very well.
