The bed for one is very firm, so for side sleeper, just know. Room size was small, but everything was available as we had the 25th floor where elevator stops at 24th. Just need to walk up one floor if you don’t have heavy luggage. Had 4 breakfasts daily, but selection was not changed much. Food was ok, but I didn’t like the fact it was smelly as I had to change clothes and shower again after breakfast. They could use better ventilation system for the restaurant. Check out was nice as wengot the late 1p, which helped a lot since our flight isn’t until 625p

Overall good hotel to stay at. The only issue I had was with housekeeping. I put a please make up this room on my door and left before breakfast hours. Hours later I come back and housekeeping is cleaning the room next to mine without a sign on the door to clean it. I asked in English if my room had been clean yet to the housekeeper and she said yes. I open the door and it wasn't clean and grab the sign on the door that says please make up room that also says it in Chinese and point to it to the housekeeper and said clean room pointing at the sign. I put the sign back on the door handle and leave for several more hours. Late afternoon I come back room isn't cleaned and housekeeping is gone. I go down to the front desk and complain and get some lame response about how the maid staff is from main land China. Ok I get they don't speak English and couldn't understand me but the fact I had a please make up room sign on my door shouldn't be ignored as it is also written in Chinese. Maids shouldn't just ignore their jobs. Otherwise the place was good.

This was my 5th stay in the last 12 months. The property itself is ok (a little old and tired) but the staff is wonderful. This is especially true of the housekeeping and the concierge/porter. My man, Alex, at the concierge deserves a special mention. He is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. The location is great as well. Restaurants, convenience stores within short distances. Subway, train stations and buses so close. But I will always return because of their people.

Staff is great, but the rooms are cramped and the mattresses are hard. Breakfast is pretty good, but short of top notch. Crowds of people were a big drawback. It seemed there were always too many people in the lobby.
