Good location but average hotel condition

Location is good, near mtr, and lots of places to eat. It is pretty close to the Avenue of Stars. The overall condition of the hotel is just so-so. It is old and in need of a lot of remodelling. Tge lobby / check-in area is small, crowded, and cluttered. Thecstaff members are friendly.

Easy and convenient all round.

Apart from checking in was a nightmare, with guests waiting and luggage shuffled in any space within the reception area. Everything after that was smooth and enjoyable. Finally reached my room to unpack and relax. Later found that the location of the hotel is perfect and central to whether you want shopping or just plain good food from all around the world - Turkish to Korean to Japanese to good old local HK dim sums. 😋😋😅

WORST Hotel Ever, Waste of money

WORST hotel i ever stayed, from the reception lobby, to the elevator, to the room itself, the ambiance, the smell of the room, the towel, the bedsheet and the bed and most of all the toilet is SO SO SO BAD they didnt even maintain the hotel yet they have paying customer. i chose TO LEAVE the next day and transfered to New World Millenium Hotel for us not to ruine the family trip and to still enjoy the vacation

The lobby and the registration counter were unpleasant, staff are welcoming and nice though. The room was okay, I was expecting more because the picture of the room looks nicer and cleaner. The size of the room is comfortable, it would be much better if the lighting wasn’t too dark, it’s not bright enough even though all lights were turned on. Unfortunately, for the same price range I believe there are more options thus I won’t consider to stay there again.

Dirty beyond imagination. Incredibly bad service

I've traveled 52 countries, never have i seen a worse job at cleaning the hotel room. I'm fascinated at how much courage the hotel housekeeper has to declare the room cleaned. The room was moldy, falling apart and full of hair from the last occupant. A former occupant of the room had the humour to adhere not one but two phone screen protectors onto the mirror next to their oily hand prints. The housekeeper had the audacity to leave them around for my appreciation. All staff, except the housekeeper who obvious did not do their job, had exceptionally poor attitude. Can't believe the lobby staff pretended to not see guests.

ママ友と子供の卒業旅行で利用しましたがコネクティングルームだったはずが鍵が開かないとの事で部屋は繋がらず子供達は毎回行き来しないといけなくなりました。 2泊しましたが2日目には私達の部屋がお湯が出なくなり隣の部屋にシャワーを借りに行くのも大変でわざわざ廊下に出て行かないとダメでほんとに嫌な思いをしました。掃除をした後のタオルなども置き去りで残念なホテルでした。
