Excellent location which was very close to the main square but also very quiet. Rooms clean, warm & comfortable Staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was served at a cafe a 2 minute walk around the corner and was delicious. Would definitely recommend & happily return

Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Room was decent sized and had a safe, iron board and even a mini fridge. Bathroom was spacious - loved the rainfall shower head and big mirror with the lights. Only issue with the room is that we could hear lots of noises upstairs - people walking around, talking etc especially during the night so it was difficult to get a decent sleep sometimes which is why I’ve knocked a star off. Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s around 5/10 minutes walk to the main square and all the other restaurants and pick up points for bus tour guides and it’s on a quiet street so you don’t actually hear any noise from outside…only from above in your room. Price of the stay was good and affordable considering the location and high ratings (we stayed for 4 nights). Overall I rate the room 4/5 and would definitely book this hotel again.

Great choice for a Krakow stay. Location is excellent just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. Our room was spotless and comfortable and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They organised our airport transfers in both directions and both were absolutely as described. I've recommended this hotel to friends and if we book another stay in Krakow I'm sure we'll book here again.

The room was spotless. The location, very central and walkable. I slept well. The only drawback was related to the location of my room--it was adjacent to the busy reception office. However, two doors separated me from it and the room itself was relatively quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at the Amber Design Residence Hotel Old Town and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We arrived at around 1pm and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was a great start to the trip. The room itself was bright, airy and very comfortable, and importantly, wonderfully warm – especially appreciated on the days when the temperature outside dropped to a chilly -14°C. The location is excellent. It’s just a five-minute walk in one direction to the Old Town, and five minutes the other way to the shopping mall and the main bus and train station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and travel. The reception staff really stood out. They were extremely helpful with recommendations and directions, and nothing was ever too much trouble when we asked for additional supplies – everything was handled promptly and with a smile. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. A lovely hotel in a brilliant location with outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is good in old town and room was clean and impeccable. Only small issue I had was didn’t like my pillow but grey actually have a pillow menu of all types that I didnt use so 100% my fault. Would stay here again without hesitation.
