Wonderful

The hotel Balthazar was in a great location. Staff were excellent. It was clean and modern with beautiful beds to come back to after a day of exploring Krakow. The restaurant was wonderful - definitely worth booking.

Lovely hotel in great location. The food in the hotel was exceptional. The only issue we had was with noise from construction scaffolding being erected on the property opposite. The noise continued throughout the night.

Quaint and classy hotel. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions about the area and any requested services. Great location, as well. Close to the square and the river, basically right next to the Wawel Castle Would definitely stay again

A little gem

Wonderful hotel, situated in the old town of Krakow. Walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful. We booked a tour for early in the morning, and they made us a packed lunch to bring with us!! Delicious. Rooms are decorated to a very high standard. Molton Brown toiletries. Nespresso coffee maker. I would highly recommend staying here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. What really set it above is the service of the Staff. Friendly, and extremely helpful. The room was stunning. Lots of amenities, with an amazing attention to detail. Physically the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Luxurious and chic. Excellent location to both the old city square and Kazimierz (Old Jewish Quarter), and a multitude of historic and beautiful Churches. Stay here if you want your visit to Krakow to be the best.

This is a stunning hotel in a perfect location. Travelled with my adult son and was surprised with huge room with two separate sleeping areas and - best of all! - two bathrooms. Lots of nice touches - welcome liqueur and biscuits, daily replenished water and coffee, complimentary bottle of wine. Loved this and would definitely return.

Loud Room Bring Ear Plugs

The hotel was in a fantastic area (right in old town) and the service was great. If you are traveling solo and book a single room buyer be ware that your room may be right next to the elevator...and when I say right next to the elevator I mean right next to!! It was very noisy! Don't do it. Also if you open your window and are staying in 201 smoke will waft in the courtyard. Bring your ear plugs!

Poland trip

Hotel was very clean and tidy and bed exceptionally comfortable. Did not have breakfast as felt this was expensive. Gift on arrival was nice touch and reception very helpful and git an early check in. Location very central and only 3 minutes walk to main square.
