Absolutely no complaints about this property; less than 5 mins walk from main train station, 10 min walk to Old Town. Room was clean and warm, bathroom was spotless with immediate hot water. Our room was at the back of the property so was lovely and quiet. Breakfast is well worth the money ie huge portions. I'd recommend this accommodation and will stay here if I'm ever in Krakow again.

Hotel room was very clean when we arrived. We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and our room was only cleaned once!! And that was after we complained on the evening of third day! It was never cleaned after that! We complained and nothing was done! Loction was great for site seeing. Old Town historical area is a 10 minute walk. It is right by the mall and train station. Breakfasts were excellent.

Older, tired building. They’ve tired to redecorate, but on a budget. For the price, it’s fine if you don’t care too much about comfort. The reception person was friendly.
